Course Description

Understanding Accidents and Their Causes

Accidents are an inevitable part of many workplaces. Indeed, they can lead to pain, serious injuries, or even fatalities. Therefore, it is essential to understand why accidents happen. In particular, accidents on USACE, NAVFAC, and various state-operated construction projects have specific regulations and requirements. These regulations must be strictly followed during the investigation and reporting phases to ensure proper handling and prevention.

Good Topic for any SSHO

Good course, great info! Easy to follow along and very basic. I would have like to see more detail about the root cause analysis investigation, I think that would be helpful information for junior SSHO's.
