Coursework Content Developer

TITAN University is currently accepting resumes for the Coursework Content Developer (CCD) position. In this key role, you will assist us in developing and enhancing content aimed at improving education across various construction industry sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, particularly within construction or related fields, and the ability to craft engaging, informative material that meets industry standards. This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, allowing you to work from home while contributing to our mission. However, regular collaboration is essential, so the role requires attending multiple weekly meetings via Webex to ensure alignment and progress. The CCD is responsible for managing and performing the overall coursework development tasks.

Some of the duties of the construction CCD are:

Attend weekly coordinating meetings
Work with Onsite TITAN Construction Managers to develop a needs analysis
Aid the TITAN team in designing a course
Implement several company policies and processes to ensure the coursework content meets company guidelines and IACET requirement

Required Experience, Education, Skills, and/or Certifications for construction professional

10+ years’ experience in construction industry
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office products and Adobe products (or similar)
High communication and verbal skills
Bachelor’s degree in construction or education is preferred
Motivated and ready to start a challenging and dynamic e-learning industry
